Went here with my family it was just okay. The staff was friendly enough, which I appreciated, but the place got loud and the kids menu didn’t have a whole lot of options. With small kids, it made the whole meal a bit more stressful than we expected. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but for what we paid, I do feel like it could’ve been better. I’d hope the restaurant might consider making it right somehow, because this wasn’t quite the family-friendly visit we were looking for.

I stopped in for happy hour thinking it’d be a decent deal, but it really didn’t feel that way. The drinks were small, and the food portions were kind of disappointing for the price. Service was okay, so no issue there, but something about it just felt underwhelming. I left feeling like I probably should’ve picked a different spot.

I ordered pickup from Matchbox Restaurants, and to be fair, the food was ready when they said it would be. But then we got home and found out the order gremlin had clearly been involved.

One pizza had the wrong toppings, and we were missing a side that we definitely paid for. I checked the receipt, and it was all listed correctly, so who knows what happened back there.

The person I talked to on the phone was nice enough, but it was still annoying after already making the trip home. The food tasted fine, nothing amazing, nothing terrible — I just wanted the actual order I placed.

The food was decent, but the pickup took longer than I expected. I get that things get busy, but it would’ve been nice for someone to acknowledge the wait or offer a quick apology

I swear our server had everything perfectly timed. They checked in the exact right amount, kept our drinks full the whole night, and we never had to sit around waiting. It was just such an easy, really nice night, and I’m completely convinced we were in the best hands.

The food was decent, but the noise level kind of ruined it for me. I’ll admit I’m someone who really likes being able to have a normal conversation over dinner, so maybe I’m a little biased, but it was just too loud. I could barely hear the person across from me, and we kept having to repeat ourselves the whole time. It felt more like a packed bar than a restaurant. Maybe we just went on a bad night, but it made dinner feel more stressful than relaxing. I probably wouldn’t go back if I was hoping to actually talk and catch up with someone.

I went to Matchbox the cleanliness was disappointing. Our table was sticky, there was food on the floor underneath, and the bathroom smelled like it hadn’t been checked in a long time. It was unnecessary and really killed my appetite fast. The staff seemed nice enough, but the whole place just didn’t feel clean. I don’t think I’d go back...

The place felt bland in person. From the way it was presented, I expected a bit more atmosphere, so I felt kind of misled. The decor looked tired and didn’t really have much personality.

I was able to make the reservation without much trouble, but the confirmation took longer than it should have. It wasn’t a huge issue, but when people are planning their time and trusting a service to follow through, a quicker confirmation feels like the right thing to provide.

I ordered Matchbox for delivery and it was fine, totally fine, only about 20 minutes later than the app originally said. Which, you know, is always a fun little test of patience when you’re already hungry.
The pizza was still warm when it arrived, so that was good, but the fries had definitely given up by then and were soft. At least the packaging was decent and nothing spilled, so I’m choosing to focus on that.
Overall, the food tasted good, just not nearly as fresh as it is when you eat there. I’d probably order again if I wasn’t in a rush, but definitely not on a night when I’m counting down the minutes.

Tried the burger at Matchbox it hit the spot. The patty was juicy, not dry at all, and the bun actually held together nicely, which I always appreciate :)
The fries were solid too, but the burger was definitely the star for me. It tasted fresh, came out hot, and I’d totally order it again!!

The food was decent, but the wait took away from the whole experience. We had a reservation and still ended up waiting about 35 minutes before getting seated, which felt like a waste of our evening when we’d planned around that time. The staff was nice enough, but everything just seemed a bit disorganized and slow. I don’t think I’d hurry back, especially if there’s a chance of losing that much time again.

There were plenty of choices on the menu, which I really liked. I tried a few dishes and enjoyed most of them, though maybe I’m not the best judge since I tend to stick with things I already know I like. Overall, it was a good experience.

Matchbox was good overall. It’s not exactly super cheap, but the portions felt fair, and the pizza was really worth it. The drinks did add up kinda fast though, which was a little annoying. Still, it’s a nice spot if you want solid food without feeling like you totally overpaid.

I was mostly paying attention to the gluten-free options, and the server was great about checking what was safe for me. The kitchen seemed to handle it without any issues, which made me feel a lot more relaxed. There weren’t a ton of choices for me, but I still found something good and left happy

Pizza was okay. Decent enough, I guess. It wasn’t really as hot as I was expecting when it got to me. The toppings seemed fresh, so that was a plus. But the flavor overall was kind of bland. Just didn’t really stand out. Not bad, not great. Just somewhere in the middle.

The weird part is, the place itself seemed fine at first, but the service kind of ruined the vibe for me. The staff barely smiled and acted annoyed when we asked basic questions, which made the whole visit feel awkward. The food was okay, nothing special, but the lack of friendliness stood out more than anything

The cocktails were disappointing. We paid way too much for drinks that tasted watered down and kind of flat. I feel like places always charge a ton for cocktails now and half the time they’re nothing special. I wouldn’t order drinks here again.

We were feeling a little pressured to get in quickly, but parking ended up being really simple and getting through the entrance was no hassle at all.
